Mrs. Gladys V. Crane, 60, formerly of Veedersburg, died at her home in Indianapolis Tuesday evening. She had lived in Indianapolis for about 20 years. Mrs. Crane was born in Veedersburg on Oct. 1, 1900, to James and Lizzie Lamb Wilder. She was married to Clifford C. Crane, who preceded her in death in April, 1955. She was a member of the Irvington Auxiliary to the VFW and the World War I Widows Auxiliary in Indianapolis. Survivors include two sons, Donald J. and Douglas L. Crane, and a daughter, Betty Sue Crane, all of Indianapolis; a brother, Carl Wilder, of New Concord, Ohio, and three grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Fishero Funeral Home in Veedersburg. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Rockfield Cemetery.
